We switched to Fagor Regen Aluminum's tolling service last year and immediately saw logistics and cap‑ex savings. Their transparent per‑ton pricing and real‑time batch updates simplified our budgeting—and the ingots arrive flawless every time.
Their dross disposal solution turned a headache into a profit center: we’re now recovering over half the metal content and disposing the rest hassle‑free. Fagor Regen Aluminum's team handled permits, manifests and environmental reporting from start to finish.
Fagor Regen Aluminum's customer service is top‑notch. From feedstock inspection to final QA reports, they keep us in the loop. The consistency of their 1A‑grade ingots let us push tighter tolerances on our extrusions.
We’ve codified a clear Conflict Minerals Policy aligned with OECD Due Diligence Guidance and the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) that prohibits any materials sourced from knowingly illicit or armed-group controlled regions.
Every upstream supplier of scrap aluminum and alloying elements signs our Supplier Code of Conduct. We collect and verify “chain‑of‑custody” data down to the smelter or shredder level, ensuring none originate from conflict‑affected zones. Head Due‑Diligence Controls.
Using a risk‑based approach, we conduct desktop and, where necessary, on‑site audits of suppliers. We screen against sanctioned party lists and leverage third party services (e.g., RMI’s tools) to validate that 100% of our feedstock is free of tin, tantalum, tungsten or gold that could fund conflict.
Feedback loops with stakeholders drive ongoing enhancements to our due‑diligence system, keeping us—and our customers—fully compliant and risk‑free.
Each year, an accredited auditor assesses our controls and traceability records. Upon successful review, we secure a “Conflict‑Mineral‑Free” attestation that’s included in our ISO 9001:2015 and GMP compliance reports—giving customers documented assurance.
